Works well, easy installation.
Easy install on my 2000 Chevy Silverado 1500. It's been a few months and it still works great. This kept my wipers from receding a bit when I turned them off. I recommend getting silicone or JB silicone to reseal it. I replaced the heavy grease in mine but I don't think it was necessary, I just want my setups to be clean and complete. Actual installation time is around 20 minutes. But with a wife, brother, neighbors and lots of beer. My time was about. I can not remember.
