shabby shabby made in china. be SMART and buy the best brand! Lots of questions and problems. the included plastic bushings are too big for the weights - I had to file the weights to install them. The plastic sockets are too high and had to be cut off, otherwise the electronic clips cannot be mounted. The springs I need (the lightest ones) are made with the two end loops rotated 90 degrees to each other, but they are meant to attach to vertical pins so they need to be twisted for installation - they won't hold, I am sure! just not very good. They also included 3 plastic grommets of one type and 1 of another type (requires two grommets for installation - so THANK YOU for that!)
