Not Waterproof on my review.

The fabric is very thin, and the seams were not great but they seemed like they would be water tight. It was water tight the first and second rain and we havent had much rain until last week. Now that we're out of the return window the seam support is letting water in. We had a heavy rainstorm overnight and when I pulled the cover off the next day the table underneath was covered with water. Unfortunately I am 10 days out of the return window. I would suggest you find another cover

Waterproof and light weight fastens to the table legs so it doesn’t blow away

Cons

This is the correct size but very thin so blows off/around allowing water/ snow under cover
