Functional, beautiful and affordable!

I bought a 12×8 board first as it was the cheapest and probably the size I will use most. I was so impressed with the quality that I immediately bought a larger one. If you remove a decal before using it, I highly recommend using Goo Gone on the remaining decal and then applying some soap and water to the entire board. This will leave your board sparkling clean and ready to be oiled. Allow your board to dry overnight, then apply 1-2 coats of mineral oil followed by 1-2 coats of beeswax wood cream (a combination of 1 part beeswax and 4 parts mineral oil). This seals your board making it more resistant to spills and odors, extending its lifespan. As you can see from the photos, the two boards have different finger grips. It looks like they wanted the big board to be more reversible, giving you the option of using either the sap groove side or the smooth side. The smaller one has a more offset finger grip that looks like it's designed for one-handed use. I actually prefer the offset finger grip, but I see the need for the design to match that of the big board, so this is by no means a deal breaker. Overall these are truly amazing boards at such an affordable price so I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a functional and beautiful board that won't break the wallet. Thanks for your time!
