I was very excited to receive this item but when I received it I was very disappointed. The Foxwell website is terrible. I registered my product and saw that updates are pending. You have to download the update client and that's terrible. I couldn't download any of the updates. I sent an email to a company through the website and I have no idea whether the email was sent or not? Thats so bad. So I went ahead and did a general setup of the unit and hooked it up to my car which has had a P0017 trouble code for 2 weeks. He couldn't even find it? Most features of this unit are not compatible with my 2011 GM? It's complete junk. The site is just as bad. My $99 MX Bluetooth with OBD comms is way better than this piece of crap. Anyway, 2 hours after I received it, I wrapped it up and sent it back. I will look for a higher quality device that is not made in China and spend a little more money. What a waste of time.
