The team at mifit is great to work alongside! Very professional & knowledgeable about their product range - they have helped us create very successful campaigns for our business which has improved both engagement rates as well lead conversion rate from over 2% when using traditional methods up t0 5+%. They are always looking new ways of doing things so there's never too much lag time between ideas generation & implementation within MIFIT accounts or platform updates etc- I can't think that any other part would be better than working directly through this fantastic organisation.- Lead Gen / Conversion ImprovementsWe've seen improvements ranging anywhere around 13%-33%, dependant upon how we're targeting specific audiences (ie direct vs via remarketing). The insights available from Salesforce are very useful for our business. It's easy to see what is working and not working. It has also helped us to be more targeted with our marketing campaigns. I wish we had more control over the platform. There are times when it feels like it's not our platform but Salesforce's. We've been using this tool since 2016 and have seen an increase in our number of contacts and overall reach.
