The gripper is a reliable unit. I only bought the gripper, not the full set. I bought a separate bushing removal kit for about $70 so the entire solution is about $200. I used this to remove and install rear bearings on a 2013 BMW 335Xi (F30 N55). It worked great. I did my best to keep this thing together the way it should be. All of the positive reviews for this product are well deserved and I am very impressed. For those who are curious, I used a Dewalt 1/2" high-torque impact wrench with a 5Ah battery to get the job done. The grapple paid for itself in one job. And I'm not done yet in order to.
