Excellent rug. Some reviews say the carpet is thin. I suspect if you could afford a $400 rug you wouldn't be looking at this one. This is a very nice rug for $60. Some complain that it doesn't stand up to pets and children. No surface, not even a hard surface, not even grass can withstand pet feces. It's a rug, not a yard, not a puppy mat or newspaper. I think children can be tolerated as long as they are respectful and well behaved, but then again, put down any rug in a high traffic area of your home and it will quickly deteriorate no matter the cost. If your kids are destructive, that $60 rug isn't the only thing you need to worry about. Looks like the picture, soft underfoot but I don't want to spend the night on it or even lie on it to watch a movie. so you can get free shipping. If you don't want a tightly rolled rug, you'll have to buy it from a brick-and-mortar store where it's rolled and sold on a stand, not Revain. I turned the carpet upside down and put a couple of light boxes in the corners, in the morning the carpet was flat, as you can see. If I had problems I would either steam the creases or alternatively turn the rug upside down, spray the creases with water and leave them on the box/book overnight, but I have had no problems or questions about who is doing it.
