Doesn't work properly for induction
The pan is the perfect size and is well enough made. However, on the induction stove, it heats much too high in the middle of the pan while the other areas are only half the temp. It doesn't cook food items properly because of this. Had to return.
- I like that it is substantial. I don’t think it will ever warp. I wanted it for pancakes.
- The nonstick coating is not very durable, and it tends to peel off after a few months of regular use
