The best part about using this software as opposed to other similar products we've tried was that it syncs with our phone calls without any hassle at all! There really isn't anything I dislike so far - everything works seamlessly which makes me feel like my employees are getting more work done through their day! If you're looking into virtual call board systems try out different ones until one clicks!! We were searching around for something easy and user friendly since our previous solution had been pretty outdated/unreliable (it didn't sync well).
