UPDATE: Two of these have fallen out of the window multiple times. We will be wall mounting it which can be a problem as the curtain hardware gets in the way. They aren't as well made as I expected. The material is flimsy, poly, which leads me to believe they will break down in direct sunlight in less time than other shades. They don't darken the room as much as advertised. Installation was a bit fiddly. It is proposed to mount it on the wall, which will interfere with the curtains that we have. We attached the clip to the fairing and used a washer to level it. The reason for this is that the wall needs to be perfectly level for the clips to hold the shadow. Otherwise it will fall down at the slightest pull on the cord.
