Great! I have been working with FDM printers for a number of years. My first printer had a glass platen. It sucked to bother with hairspray, duct tape, or any other method to help adhesion. This was with my Ender 3 Pro and I loved it. A few weeks ago a friend of mine sold me his Ender 3 (same plate size as the Pro) but had an official Creality glass plate upgrade for it. I used hairspray again. After about 50% of the prints ended up with partial or full errors I broke down and went and paid for it and haven't had any errors since. I've printed quite a bit on this magnetic board in the 6 months I've had it on my Ender 3 Pro and now my Ender 3. I only had 2 adhesion problems with this plate and it had very small contact surfaces (columns 2-3mm). I haven't had any warping issues with either PLA (Luke and Overture at 60°C) or PLA+ (eSun at 65°C), no matter how big or small the print is. It keeps the temperature very well and the adhesion is fantastic. Easy to remove? Depends what you mean. Can the print be easily removed from the surface? Absolutely. Just flex the pad and almost everything pops out at once. I've had a few single strings (left over from the edges) that were painful to shoot, but the objects themselves always came off instantly. Regardless of the overall size, you can easily take it off easily. Many items just slide off when you take it off the bed. Is the flexible magnetic pad easy to remove from the base? It depends on your print size. It's very easy to remove small prints or a few small items, but it's very difficult to remove large prints if you can't clean the surface and you just need to remove everything at once. For example, the 8" x 8" print was particularly difficult to remove because I had to peel off the entire 8" x 8" area at once. In general I like something like that. Much better than any glass plate I've ever used. The best part? It's cheaper than glass top. Save your money and get one of these instead.
