OEM is the way to go

Exact match as expected with OEM parts. The original lasted 20 years so replace it with an OEM one. It's a temperature sensor in the driver's side head that breaks if you remove the head while it's still attached. Lesson learned. Installed in 1997 on a Chevy 1500, 5.7 engine.
