I have mixed opinions about this speaker. I'll tell you the pros and cons. I've had this Bose Soundlink Mini II speaker for about 2 months. Pros: The sound quality is FANTASTIC. It's really adorable. This speaker delivers incredible bass and quality sound. I like its portability. I have no problem pairing this with my computer and phone. A really great speaker in terms of sound quality. Cons: A month after receiving it, I noticed that it stopped charging. For several days it failed to charge at all due to being plugged in directly or sitting on the charging port. Nothing worked for several days and the battery percentage kept dropping. I then went through page after page of old reviews on this product and other Bose Bluetooth speakers. And then I discovered that this is a common problem for ALL Bose bluetooth speakers. And then I started researching other Bluetooth speakers from other companies like Sony and JBL. It turns out that ALL Bluetooth speakers have trouble charging the battery. This is an industry issue with Bluetooth speakers. Discouraged by the prevalence of the problem with all Bluetooth speakers, I decided to keep the speaker as there was no better option. Luckily the speaker recharged and I haven't had any issues for the past few weeks. I'm cautiously optimistic. But I'm also nervous, because if you look at reviews of the Bose Soundlink Mini II, you'll see that MANY people are complaining about the same problem, which seems to be getting worse over time. Again, the sound quality is FANTASTIC. It remains only to find out whether these speakers are durable. That's my main concern. Maybe I can update this review in 10 months to reflect how it went.
