I like that it has all of my different systems in one place, so when something breaks down or goes wrong there are multiple ways to fix them (and usually they're free). It's very expensive for what you get! If your business does not have an IT department with experience solving problems related to computers then this product may be too much work/costs compared to other options available out their. We use ENSURE Suite as our main website monitoring software which we also utilize internally within Operations & Field teams.
