big and heavy e-bike. The bike weighs over 50 pounds without the battery. It's a little hard. The bike was too big for the trunk and so were these bike adapters. I could probably put something together to make it more secure, but with our expensive e-bike we didn't feel it was reliable enough to carry with these bike adapters. I was able to fit it to the mount with some modifications, but it just wasn't strong enough for our heavy bike. The product seems solid, but it didn't work well in our application. We were able to return it without a problem. So I have to say I was happy with it! For this reason I gave 3 instead of 2 stars. Two stars again just for our app. Your mileage may vary.
