This is a pretty decent bike tire stay. It works by adding crayons to any open frame hitch holder. I have a 60 inch trunk and wanted to use it for my extremely heavy electric bikes. The crayons attach to the holder with two screws and that's it. The frame is a metal tube about 1.4 inches in diameter bent into an oval hoop shape. I bought both the CC100 Cargo Caddy and CC125 bike rack as a set so I can carry my bikes in the back of the motorhome. Therefore, this review focuses on combined components. The CC100 Cargo Caddy is a bit flimsy and you need to be careful when tightening the nuts as you can damage the tubes if you over tighten them.
