good bike tire stay

This is a pretty decent bike tire stay. It works by adding crayons to any open frame hitch holder. I have a 60 inch trunk and wanted to use it for my extremely heavy electric bikes. The crayons attach to the holder with two screws and that's it. The frame is a metal tube about 1.4 inches in diameter bent into an oval hoop shape. My stretcher is more than able to take the weight, but the crayons aren't as strong as I had hoped. I clamp my bike tires into the cart and then use the weight straps to secure the bikes to the trunk. On soft bumps or on rough dirt roads, the tires wobble under the weight of the e-bikes. When I tried to transport my regular mountain bikes, they worked flawlessly with no noticeable hesitation. They would be much stronger if installed at maybe 1-2 more points along the chalk frame. In general, they are suitable for light bikes, but not strong enough for electric bikes or bikes with fat tires.
