Connect new laptop to old monitor🙂

I needed to connect my new laptop (HDMI) to my old monitor (VGA) so I could work with the second screen. It did just that. I'm glad I was able to make the right decision. Another reviewer helped make sure I was choosing the right one by basically describing the same thing I did. I know this seems obvious, but I've read many reviews on other similar products that they don't do what they're supposed to do.
