If you speak the language, SANJOIN could be an excellent source to purchase dryer replacement components. Both their website and customer service were incomprehensible to me as a non-native speaker. The website was difficult to navigate due to grammatical problems and unclear translations. And when I sought to get in touch with customer service for assistance, I was bombarded with confusing jargon and statements that made no sense. Unless you can speak SANJOIN's language fluently, you should go elsewhere for dryer replacement components.
