This is just a first impression but so far these modules work well with Cisco 3750-X with C3K-NM-10G uplink module installed. I have both 10g SFP slots populated with this SFP connected to a server with an embedded Intel X550-AT2/phy chipset (using these ports to connect an edge device, not uplink to another switch/router, this is just my home lab network). . No special iOS setup is required on the Switch. iOS thinks they are genuine Cisco SFPs and identifies itself as such. There are no SFP diagnostics/stats that I can tell, but there's nothing wrong with that in my opinion. I'm using two CAT6 (not CAT6a) 0.5m cables with no problems, obviously it's a short distance so I wasn't expecting any problems.
