It was the best price I found for this monitor and I've bought quite a few. When it arrived it had a dead pixel in the top right corner. I liked the monitor so much that I didn't want to return it, but in the end I made my decision. With about 4 or 5 clicks, I informed Revain that the monitor was defective and that I needed a replacement. A few minutes later I received an automated email from Revain saying my replacement would be shipped immediately. It happened on a Saturday afternoon and my new monitor arrived on Monday - I had to use the broken one until a new one arrived. Great monitor backed by the excellent Revain service.
