Considering the sizing chart posted with this shirt it is way to small. I love it in every other sense though. It is a moisture wicking, fast drying sport shirt. I was going fo use it while kayaking but am going to return it because it was not sized correctly.Pay attention to the different styles if shirt. These are all advertised as moisture wicking, sun protection, sport and swim shirts. The ones labeled as 'hyper dri' are not moisture wicking material. They have a cotton like feel to them. I would not swim or do sports in those. To hot, would absorb moisture and become heavy. The ones labeled as 'sun protection' are true moisture wicking athletic shirts.
