Has an internal rattle. Not a clean-sounding subwoofer at all - at almost all volumes. You may hear a rattling noise when removed from the plastic bracket in an outdoor configuration. Without the internal rattle, this would be a good sub for the money. UPDATE: I called Goldwood and they sent me a free replacement part with no hassle. Tested and installed - MUCH better. The old block must have had a defect. It's still not perfect, but it's gotten a lot better. No rattling. Break the wire mesh grill!
