Poor design is best for Ram Air Kit
The air cleaner throat uses double ended screws half of which thread into the case and the other half protrude outward and are secured with closed end screws. After riding, I checked and tightened the recommended bolts. one of the studs has sheared off and is inside the case where it cannot be removed. I did not overtighten or use force. Very disappointed as K&N has been around for so long. Not sure what to do now as this is essentially a $300 paperweight.
