It Was Useless - Home Brewing Starter Kits
I have followed all the instructions in the brewing guide I purchased and NOTHING is fermented. I should have tasted this before using it in my recipe. When the brew was supposed to be done there was ZERO fermentation and there was no layer of nasty fungus (a week in a cool place) on my wort. I then tested the yeast with some warm distilled water and honey as usual. After an HOUR in a medium warm place there was no sign that the yeast was alive. I am incredibly disappointed and have given up homebrewing.
