They work great but I could use some installation instructions to avoid problems. The center gear has a chamfer on the inside edge, so it is very important that the gear is installed correctly. This is how I ended up installing it incorrectly on the first try, with the bevel facing the big cog instead of the small cog. It turns out that this bevel can help keep the chain from getting stuck between the middle and small cogs. Installing it on the wrong side caused my chain to seize up badly between gears, causing me to get stuck in the middle of a long ride. Now everything is fine, I changed the gearbox.
