Bestvite 5-HTP has really changed my sleep. Dream! I feel rested! I start Bestvite L-Triptophan 500 at 7:30, then take 5-HTP at 9, another at 10, and I'm ready for the night. I also take the moon at 10am along with sleep mode. If I wait a little later to take 5-HTP, I feel overwhelmed in the morning. So glad it is, thanks Bestvite!
