I don't know what you mean by 'transparent' but it was a fun gift for my daughter. What I dislike the most is that it doesn't feel smooth on the outside, like it needs some kind of transparent finish. But they are beautiful nesting dolls! And be careful, getting wet will break them (my son, who is still a kid, grabbed them and drooled on them 😭 now some don't fit together anymore. Maybe when the tree is completely dry again.)
