Poor packaging, no velcro
Seems to be a good product. However, the product came in normal packaging. There was no label, no brand, no company information, no instructions whatsoever. No Velcro at all. There were no documents for this product. I can figure it out with upholstery needles. It just seems unprofessional and a bit odd that the article came in such a generic format. I'm glad Amazon supports the products we bought. Other than that, I don't have much information to go on. This company should get MUCH better in the packaging department. And if they advertise velcro on one side, then there should be velcro.
