The product is compact, the screen is easy to read, the instructions are easy to use, the speed and distance seem accurate, the light is bright and good to use even during the day recognize. Installed according to instructions, carefully measuring all gaps. I have a problem with the cadence intermittently and alternately reading the actual cadence and then reading the actual cadence twice. He goes back and forth between these two readings. I've tried emailing customer service but haven't received a response after 3 weeks. My second attempt to email ended with my email being rejected, no response, just bounced back as undeliverable. Any other customer had trouble reading cadence? Anyone else know how to contact support? I would give a higher rating once I fixed the cadence issue. After three attempts to contact support without success. So I would be concerned about buying this item. Update 10/06/17: The company has responded and sent a new sensor and magnet and now the device is working properly and exactly as advertised.
