The mop is amazing but we had to buy a set of replacement mop heads so we had a couple of spare heads while the other two were in the wash. We use one mop for parquet and another for tiles. They both do a great job and the ability to put your own 'chemicals' in the solution bottle makes this an easy purchase compared to brands that only allow you to use your own bottles. Especially if you want to use more natural cleaning products than those that may not be good for our health or that of our pet.
