Ideal for mounting the iPhone on a tripod

A must if you have a standard video tripod/photo tripod and want to use your phone to record videos and photos. Very happy with my purchase. I've been thinking about recording videos with my iPhone (which comes with a very advanced 4K camera) for a while and I never realized what a monster video camera my phone is until I got this Neewer smartphone holder and it placed on a tripod.
