Hello! This antenna is perfect for my 1972 Jeep CJ5. I converted the jeep baseplate to a new style so thought it would complement it very much. I didn't like the plastic base, about an inch at the base so I removed it from the antenna and it actually fitted the Mopar base better without it. They include several different screw adapters so you can be sure to find the right one for your application. Thanks for a pretty cool semi-flex antenna, I would buy this product again.
