Review on 📀 JVC XV-S300BK Black DVD Player - An Enhanced Home Entertainment Experience by John Hall

Okay, here's my experience. Because of the better sound and picture quality, the longevity of movies released on DVD, and the declining videocassette market, I wanted to buy a DVD player within a year or two. I ended up taking the plunge and buying this DVD player because the price was great and the features looked nice and basic. As an aspiring DVD enthusiast, I didn't feel like I needed a lot of bells and whistles, progressive scan, etc. I just wanted a nice, simple setup. It definitely fits the bill. The sound is great, the picture quality is great and the performance is very good. Again, I'm speaking as a DVD newbie, but this player has all the features you would want in a regular DVD player at a very attractive price. The remote control is easy to use but I would add that the player setup instructions are a bit confusing for a beginner but after a few minutes and some common sense the setup is quick and easy. In short, DVDs are here to stay folks. These are not LaserDiscs or Betamax. As major retailers start selling movies on VHS and the DVD movie market grows, this isn't just a trend. It's here and I couldn't be happier. Watching my favorite movies in crystal clear digital sound and picture and storing them on DVD is an amazing experience. If you are a beginner, you should take this player. You will not be disappointed.
