I love baking, not that I'm good at it, but my little sons LOVE quick bread, especially zucchini bread, all year round and I feel good because it's healthy. I've been using my old metal bread pans for years - greased, floured, crossed my thumbs when I took them out - and now I've found these AMAZING pans! MY GOD. A firm rim is key, and unlike other silicone molds, they help the loaf hold its shape. EASY TO CLEAN - No greasing required and a simple rinse will keep them looking brand new! I threw away my other silicone pans with caked on dirt that I couldn't remove - even after scrubbing with baking soda paste. Long chatter but they are worth the money and I will never go back to metal or other silicone pans! Happy baking
