Bought for travel

I wanted a bread pan that I could pack in my suitcase and use when travelling. Sounds weird I know, but I have a microwavable English muffin recipe that's super easy and makes great toast. I pack the skillet and all the dry ingredients in my suitcase, mix them up at the destination, and make toast for breakfast. This pan is perfect. Light, dimensionally stable, the bread comes out immediately.

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • So far so good

Bad smell of cheap cologne

Mine arrived smelling of something similar to cheap cologne. Washing in hot water with dish soap didn't get rid of the odor. The first bread baked tastes like cheap cologne. I looked online and saw that others had this problem. I put the empty pan back into the oven preheated to 350 degrees for an hour. Now the Cologne smell is gone. I hope this continues. Aside from the awful smell and the ruined first bread, the pan worked perfectly as other reviewers have noted.

These pans are amazing!

Bought these for my wife who bakes bread for the local deli. She used to use non-stick metal molds to bake bread. Since she switched to silicone, the loaves of bread have become more noticeable as they don't stick at all! Plus they're so easy to clean, all they really need is a good rinse with hot water and voila! Like new! She loves them and I will buy more if needed! I also forgot to mention how durable these bread pans are. I see they last quite a long time. And if you have toddlers, they…

Life changer for that baker! I'm going to buy another one now!

I love baking, not that I'm good at it, but my little sons LOVE quick bread, especially zucchini bread, all year round and I feel good because it's healthy. I've been using my old metal bread pans for years - greased, floured, crossed my thumbs when I took them out - and now I've found these AMAZING pans! MY GOD. A firm rim is key, and unlike other silicone molds, they help the loaf hold its shape. EASY TO CLEAN - No greasing required and a simple rinse will keep them looking brand new! I threw

Hit-and-miss silicone pans are HIT 10/10!

I have a healthy recipe blog where I post recipes every week, so I bake *a lot*. Most of my good baking recipes are low-fat or no-fat, and I've found that silicone baking pans are simply the best for low-fat baking as they pop out of the pan quite easily. However, it must be high-quality silicone. I have purchased Revain silicone pans in the past which felt different and lost their non-stick properties fairly quickly. Trudeau makes the best silicone pans I have ever seen and this one is no…

BEST Bakery!

I have been baking gluten free bread for a few years now. I've tried non-stick pans (they lie), glass pans, special aluminum-coated non-stick pans with corrugated sides, and other red silicone pans. They are all rubbish. This pan is the best! The bread comes out clean, pops out like butter, and you don't have to grease the pan. Don't actually oil it, it will make it harder to remove. I made this mistake with my first silicone muffin cases. This special silicone mold has a nice hard rim that…
