Using to make maple syrup

Had to return first one. Don't use the calibration fluid that is sent with it. Supposed to be olive oil but has an extremely foul odor and doesn't even register on refractometer. Buy some olive oil if you need to calibrate.

We use it to test our honey. It works great. Easy to read and use

Cons

The packaging is too large and inconvenient for storage.
