I had the same defect as others. I took the bag out of the bag and the first time I tried to open it the clasp broke. Here's the quality. UPDATE JUNE 07, 2021 I am updating my rating from 1 to 5 mainly because of the customer service (but the bag is good too). Helko North America follows the feedback and responded quickly to my issue. They quickly sent me a new bag and explained that they had a lot of bags where the zipper didn't fit properly. They immediately sent me a new package. I found this mindfulness refreshing at a time when most companies have an "I don't care about the customer” attitude. Would buy again without hesitation.
