Keep them in your diaper bag! My sister gave me the idea to keep these emergency diaper bags handy. I have one roll in the car, one in my bag, one at home, one everywhere! They have really been of great help on many occasions when I was not at home to change my daughter's diaper. The bags are small enough to carry in a purse or pocket, but large enough to fit a couple of diapers etc in each pocket if needed. The packaging is easy to tear off the roll. Hides any odor, big or small. I also use them when there is a trash can nearby. No one likes sniffing baby diapers, or it just drives someone crazy. So be polite and get your bags ready!
