for the size I usually wear a size 12-14 jeans. Or L - XL. I'm 5'9" and 185 pounds. I bought them in 4 colors, 1x each. Definitely one size larger. Anything else would not fit properly. All 4 fit exactly the same. Very comfortable and soft. good length black, dark green, tango red and sea foam green. In my opinion, darker colors are better and more flattering. My cellulite is more visible in red tango and green sea foam. The sea greens are almost entirely visible. You could probably get away with wearing them with a thong or something, but you could see right through my panties. The colors pretty much match what you see. I would recommend them but only in darker colors.
