I upgraded my rating to 4 stars after the company immediately contacted me and offered to send me a small replacement pan. I will come back to my review as soon as a new pan becomes available. I have to say the customer service is excellent. I bought this product after looking at similar ceramic coated copper pans and settled on these. But to my disappointment, not all three pans are of the same quality. The medium and large sizes are as advertised - mostly non-stick and both easy to clean. However, the food stuck to the small pot and the coating became discolored and rough after just one cooking and cleaning. I followed the directions on the outside of the box for washing the pans before use. There were no operating instructions for the pots in the packaging. However, I know that sponges or harsh detergents should not be used for cleaning. I allow all pans to cool completely before cleaning and lightly coat all three pans with vegetable oil before cooking. I have included photos of the medium and small pot after use and cleaning. I give 3 stars because the two pans are great but I would not recommend this product.
