Ideal for preparing light meals such as eggs or vegetables. When frying meat, I still had to use the hard side of a sponge to remove anything stuck to the edges. Update: After only 4 months of use, this set has become unusable. EVERYTHING sticks, even eggs! My daughter made pancakes and it took a long time to peel them. What a poor quality product. Big disappointment.

Hello, we bought this cookware because we had a lot of quality (stainless steel) that stuck to a lot of food. We have a really good induction cooker so I made sure to buy induction cookware as usual. The good news is that this cookware has a non-stick coating. The bad news is that it absorbs induction energy much more slowly than usual, slowing down cooking time.

This is exactly what I was looking for in cookware: induction, ceramic non-stick coating, attractive colour, good price. As we've only had her for a week I can't attest to how good she is. it will hold up but it came a few days after i ordered it no problem. We're new to induction cooking so we're at the end of the learning curve, but this 3-pan set seems like the perfect place to start. We bought these pans in early February 2019. They were initially amazing, very easy to clean and didn't require much maintenance. After about a month, the medium pan started having sticking issues in certain areas and that area of the pan can't be fully peeled - it always has texture. Recently, the largest pan did the same. We followed all directions for this set: no abrasives, no/low oil and they have only ever been hand washed (no dishwasher) with mild soap. The smallest frying pan survives…
