Since we have a very good induction hob, I opted for an induction hob.
Hello, we bought this cookware because we had a lot of quality (stainless steel) that stuck to a lot of food. We have a really good induction cooker so I made sure to buy induction cookware as usual. The good news is that this cookware has a non-stick coating. The bad news is that it absorbs induction energy much more slowly than usual, slowing down cooking time.
