Ideal for preparing light meals such as eggs or vegetables. When frying meat, I still had to use the hard side of a sponge to remove anything stuck to the edges. Update: After only 4 months of use, this set has become unusable. EVERYTHING sticks, even eggs! My daughter made pancakes and it took a long time to peel them. What a poor quality product. Big disappointment.
