Is there contact information on the packaging or instructions? --------------------------------------- -- --------- --------------------------------------- - ---------- ----------------------------- The lights are very bright, but they flicker terribly! Installation instructions show a flickering light problem, to install the canbus decoder to fix the canbus problem. What the hell is a canbus decoder and how do I install or buy one? There is no contact information to inquire about or even return this product. Lamps in the trash!
