I bought this unit as a Christmas present for my wife. We are both VW enthusiasts/owners. We have two Jettas, a 2017 GLI and a 2016 SEL Premium Hybrid, both with touchscreen stereos (Fender for the GLI, Premium VW for the Hybrid). When I stumbled across this stereo I knew I had to have it. She loves it. It looks good in our entertainment center. The sound quality was better than expected and it looks very nice. It's easy to use, pretty basic, and projects sound good. I like it so much my wife told me to order a second unit for the garage. We have no complaints at all. I have to say based on other lackluster reviews of the remote, it turned out to be better than I expected. It works well and is needed to activate the walkie talkie night light. The only thing I would like is a US tuned/diversity AM band to listen to local AM stations (yes they still exist). Amazing stereo, can't wait to order a second one.
