I've had this suit for about a month and just started using it. I use it as a swimsuit on cooler days and on days when the water is a bit below my threshold (I like 85 and above water). I didn't want a wetsuit per se, just something lighter. This gives enough freedom of movement for normal swimming and you don't rock like a cork. It's perfect. It fits so well you don't realize it's yours. This allows a thin layer of water to accumulate and provide heat. The neck is secure but not tight enough to choke you. When I jumped out of the water, I felt the cold air but didn't realize what my face and hands were feeling. I rushed to pull out my heavy robe, but again my feet and hands were cold, the rest of me was just a little chilly. It stretches and can be a bit difficult to remove when wet, but that's the case with any versatile suit. I can spend 12 months a year in the pool instead of nine or ten - without my heavier wetsuit.
