Worked great! I used a food scale to measure out 4 ounces of ground beef and was able to squeeze 4 perfect hamburger patties out of a 1 pound package of ground beef. It only took one use to get the hang of it and make perfect cakes. The paper liners seamlessly release the meat when it's ready to grill. Throw a press in the top rack of the dishwasher to clean it out. I wish there was a dimple machine on one side so I don't have to make them myself so the patties don't puff up as they cook. I will be making cakes ahead of time, one for each family member, freezing for an hour, then vacuum sealing them for long-term freezer storage.
