This product is very disappointing. The magnet is so weak that it's difficult to get it close enough to the box for it to work. In addition, the metal box acts like a Faraday cage and shields the signal, greatly reducing the range. To make matters worse, the postal vehicle also acts as a protective shield in front of the box. The transmitter needs to be outside the box to work properly, or at least an external antenna. I'll probably use a remote switch and mount the transmitter outside under the box to get it working, or at least I hope it will. My recommendation is to look for another product.
